At ZENPARIZ, we are committed to ensuring that your jewelry reaches you safely and promptly. This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of your purchases. By placing an order with ZENPARIZ, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods to ensure that your order is delivered promptly. The shipping options available to you will depend on your location and the items in your cart. The available options may include:

  • Standard Shipping: Affordable and reliable, with delivery times ranging from 5 to 10 business days (within the U.S.).

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery with an estimated arrival time of 2-3 business days (within the U.S.).

  • International Shipping: Available for orders outside the U.S., with delivery times ranging from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the delivery method and the destination of your order. Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 (within the U.S.). Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping or international orders.

4. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders (United States):

    • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, but typically range from 7–14 business days. Please note that customs processing times may affect the overall delivery time.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment through the courier’s website. Please check your email (including the spam folder) for the confirmation.

6. International Shipping

ZENPARIZ ships to most international locations. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Please contact your local customs office for information on these additional charges before placing your order.

Important: If the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or taxes, the order may be returned to us, and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

7. Delivery Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be situations beyond our control that can cause delays. These include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, customs delays, or courier-related issues. If you experience any delays or issues with your delivery, please contact us at contact@zenpariz.com, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

If an item is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the situation with the courier service and offer you a suitable resolution.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout is correct. ZENPARIZ is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping details. If you realize there is an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at contact@zenpariz.com, and we will do our best to make corrections before the order is shipped.

9. Delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Currently, we do not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid residential or business address during checkout to avoid any delivery issues.

10. Signature Requirement

For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your purchase. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, please arrange for someone to sign on your behalf or contact the courier to reschedule the delivery.

11. Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@zenpariz.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
